At Que-Riosity, we take pride in our rich history and culinary heritage. Our restaurant is dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Chef Todd Richards' menu focuses on soul and southern food traditions, utilizing BBQ techniques, smoking, and grilling methods to provide scrumptious interpretations of classic dishes. We, at Que-Riosity, are committed to sourcing the best ingredients for our guests, with many of them coming from local farmers and ranchers who cultivate vegetables and raise animals ethically. Seafood also plays a crucial role in our menu program at Que-Riosity, as we source our seafood directly from the docks, with the Gulf of Mexico serving as the foundation for our offerings.

Todd "Chef Todd" Richards

Chef Todd Richards has over 25 years in the hospitality field, renowned for his innovative takes on classic southern food traditions. He reimagines these dishes using exceptional BBQ techniques, keeping guests intrigued with seasonal menus that highlight some of the best foodways in the region. Chef Todd Richards is joined by his high-school crush, Gloria Richards, in this restaurant setting.

Ramsey Kashlan, Beverage Director

Ramsey "Rams!" Kashlan has a long history of being one of the best curators of beverages in the country. Kashlan is often seen in the restaurant not only behind the bar with his seasonal cocktail menu but also pairing wines that complement the BBQ techniques featured in Chef Todd Richards' dishes, rooted in southern food traditions.
